Todd is a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) and dedicated advocate for student success with over a decade of experience in education, athletics, and mental health.

 

As the founder of Eagles College Consulting, he combines elite academic strategy with a "coach’s heart" to help students navigate the increasingly competitive world of higher education.

Academic & Athletic Foundation

Todd’s unique approach to consulting is rooted in his background as a dual-sport college athlete. While attending Wilkes University, a premier private institution, he earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology while simultaneously competing in both Basketball and Football. This high-performance environment instilled in him the discipline, time management, and resilience that he now imparts to his students. He furthered his expertise by earning a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Gwynedd Mercy University, blending psychology with practical educational guidance.

Years of experience as a High School Counselor at one of the top 1% academic high schools in the nation, Todd has an insider’s understanding of what it takes to stand out in elite admissions. He has successfully guided hundreds of students through high-pressure cycles, specializing in:

Utilizing his background as a former Math SAT/ACT tutor to help students bridge the gap between their testing scores and their personal narratives.

Growing up as one of seven children, Todd experienced firsthand the reality that no two paths to college are the same. This personal background gave him a unique "scope" of the diverse college landscape and a deep empathy for the families he serves. He understands that while the admissions process has become more crowded and complex, the goal remains the same: finding a "right-fit" institution where a student can truly soar.
